You need to make sure that you sleep with your head elevated after your transplant. This is to reduce the amount of swelling you have and that you don’t have to worry about a pressure build-up. Your head should be elevated to around 45 degrees, which means that you either need to have plenty of pillows or you need to find an alternative to sleeping on your bed.

The main thing to do is make sure that you take proper care of yourself and your brand new hair. That way, not only will you feel better whilst you recover, but you will be pleased with the fantastic results that you can see from your hair transplant.
